Michael is a psychologist who works with clients experiencing moderate to more complex mental health challenges.
He uses a range of evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy and trauma-informed interventions, and tailors his treatment to the needs of each individual client.
Michael also has a strong interest in performance-focused work, supporting clients to enhance confidence, focus, emotional regulation, and resilience under pressure particularly in high-demand professional, creative or sporting contexts.
