Karlyn creates a supportive and non-judgmental space, bringing a warm, grounded and authentic approach to her work. She is deeply committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients feel genuinely heard and understood. She places strong value on building a trusting therapeutic relationship, believing this forms the foundation for meaningful change.

Karlyn draws on her clinical and organisational psychology training, adopting a holistic approach to supporting clients navigating both personal and professional challenges. Karlyn works collaboratively with clients to identify strengths and areas of difficulty, fostering insight and implementing evidence informed strategies that align with their goals to enhance overall wellbeing.

Karlyn works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, complex trauma, workplace stress and burnout, difficulties related to self-worth, perfectionism, and high performance environments. Karlyn tailors therapy to the individual, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
