Haley offers a warm, collaborative, and grounded space to explore what’s happening beneath the surface. She works alongside clients to unpack the experiences, patterns, and emotions that shape their lives, while supporting them to build practical skills for the present.
Her approach draws on a range of evidence-based therapies and uses an integrative approach, combining trauma-focused approaches, emotion-focused work, and mindfulness-based strategies so that sessions can be tailored to what each person needs.
Haley has experience supporting people with complex trauma, anxiety, mood and stress-related challenges, difficulties with adjustment, grief and loss, family estrangement and performance-related concerns. She’s especially interested in helping people better understand and connect with their emotional world, particularly when emotions have felt overwhelming, suppressed, or hard to access.
Her style is thoughtful, attuned, and down to earth. She aims to create a space that feels safe and genuine, where clients can deepen their self-understanding, process difficult experiences, and make meaningful choices and changes at their own pace.
