Sophie is a registered and endorsed clinical psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Monash University. She is an AHPRA board approved supervisor and member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).

Sophie has a wide range of experience working in clinical and counselling roles across public and private settings. She has worked with young people and adult clients in hospitals, educational/student well-being services, and private practice. Sophie also currently works casually as a Teaching Associate with Monash University, assisting with research supervision in the field of perinatal psychology.

Currently, Sophie predominantly works with adults. She is a warm and empathic clinician who believes a strong, secure therapeutic relationship is central to her work. Sophie believes we all have the inner resources to thrive and that we are far more than what we have experienced. She utilises various evidence-based treatment modalities to meet the individual needs of her clients, with a particular interest in schema therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
